About Our Broker
1990 was the beginning of the Real Estate boom. Our Broker, Pat Moore, spent 17 years in Key West working a variety of real estate scenarios. He led the sales staff at The Truman Annex Development, spearheaded The Key West Golf Development, the Roosevelt Annex and was Design Consultant and Broker of record for the Oceanside Marina Condominiums Development. All of these were multi-million dollar developments that changed the landscape of Key West from sleepy tourist town to chic tourist mecca. Later on, he opened South Beach Real Estate Corp. in Key West and Apalachicola where local Banks, Resorts, Restaurants, Marinas, Developers and individuals were his constant stream of tony Clients.
